As if the add-ons now don’t make our lives freakin’ much easier already, this post is about add-ons you wish exists. Ah, the satisfaction of the WoW population maybe a myth, much like the female orgasm. Blizzard employees and add-on developers, lend us your ears!
Trade Channel Watcher
Description: Looking for a good deal in trade channel? Been staying in the city for too long? Feel like an idiot watching the trade channel already and being called a mother f***** spammer already? Trade Channel Watcher reads trade channel chats for you! Just setup in the settings page which item you are looking for and how much and TCW handles the rest! A big annoying bell will ring with the name of the seller and the price. Feel free to alt-tab and watch a movie because the bell sound is guaranteed to get your attention (because it comes with porn sounds).
In-game Addon Updater
My first time in Onyxia 10, friend says to me after dying to Onyxia’s terrible breath: “Just look at your DBM options and turn on the warning sound for onyxia.”
Great, my DBM hasn’t been updated for the past 4 months and I always forget to update it. I replied: “Ok! Thanks! Got it!” …. DEAD.
Description: With the In-Game Add-on Updater, no longer do you have to be a sorry ass like the guy above. This add-on warns you if an update is needed and can automatically download the update for you in 1 click! Exiting World of Warcraft to update add-ons is for sissies!
Only Female Blood-Elves are Naked Addon
Work, add-on!!! WORK!!!!!!!!
Description: Ever experienced the naked bug? Walking into an instance and finding your female blood elf guild mate is the best surprise ever. Arthas must have cursed the instance portals with clothes-removing spell. However, naked orcs, trolls, taurens and undead (AHH! DEAD BOOBS!) are eyesores! What were you thinking Arthas?! With this addon, only the female blood elves will become naked, saving us from the sight of grandma boobs and cow udders. For those comfortable with both sexes naked, an option will be available to make male blood elves naked as well. Hey, but totally goes against the title of the add-on! Screw the male blood elves! And I didn’t mean that literally!

Dailies done today addon: an addon that lists which dailies you’ve completed so far today.
(I’ve looked for one, and the only one I’d ever found that seemed like it would work also did other quest-listing things as well… and was outdated and locked up WoW when installed.)
The feature you are talking about, from what i heard, is to be introduced in 3.3 or Cata.
Something that can track all your completed quests ever, including dailies.

I’m REALLY looking forward to being able to find out what quests a character has completed. One of the best things upcoming in the patch… I anticipate a number of mods will make use of the new function. I hadn’t heard about it returning daily quest info, though — be great if so!
Curse (www.curse.com) has a program that tracks your mods and notifies you of updates. It’s not ingame, but it’s a doddle to run a quick refresh before booting up for a raid.

I agree, I would love to have something that tracks which dailies I’ve done… sometimes I totally forget what I’ve done if I come back hours later.
Also, something that searches for the quests in general that you are eligible for but haven’t done and lets you know where to find the quest giver. This would be especially useful if you’re going for the Seeker and Loremaster achievements…
